For those wishing to approach the world of SUP we are ready to send you all the technical skills to be able to safely practice paddle surfing. Various SUP measures are available for a paddling along the coast of the Gulf of Cagliari independently or with one of our instructors. The total duration of the excursion is one and a half hour, the first hours of the morning are recommended. For those who want to discover and learn surfing, we recommend our courses for children (from 4 to 11 years) and for future surfers of all ages! During the lessons the students will have the opportunity to learn the movements in water on the surf board while having fun, with a playful activity under the supervision of our qualified instructors (SOUTH COAST SURF SCHOOL). Lessons take place in shallow water and are also suitable for children who still cannot swim perfectly. At the disposal of the students all the best technical equipment including “shorty” wetsuits for the coldest available in all sizes.
